NON-CATERED PACKAGES

For those "do-it-yourselfers", we allow hall-only rentals of the rooms. Here customers are allowed to bring in their own food, drinks, and decorations. We also offer decorative packages for the customers who would like to just bring their own food and drinks, but would like for Occasions to take care of their decorations, set-up and service. To help accommodate every individual, their needs, and their finances, we offer four different Non-Catered Packages, which can be applied to any one of our three spacious rooms. We set- up for all special events no matter how big or small. Our packages are for 5-hour events and can host anywhere between 20 to 250 guests. For more information, reservations, and warm and fuzzy satisfaction, contact one of our Banquet Coordinators at (718) 977-1861 during normal business hours. You'll be glad you did.

Hall-Only Service

The Hall-Only is just as it sounds... Hall Only. This package comes with just the venue space with tables and chairs, bare, set-up for the number of guests you were pre-discussed to have. A staff member will be on-premises, but the patron is required to return the hall back to how it was given to them (back to tables and chairs)

Supreme Hall-Only

This package comes with the hall which is fully set-up and broken down for you as well as:

  • Linen tablecloths, skirts, and napkins (color of your choice)

  • Water Goblets OR Champagne flutes

  • Silverware

  • Dinner and dessert plates

  • Chafing dishes

  • Waitstaff

Complete Hall-Only

This package comes with the hall which is fully set-up and broken down for you as well as:

  • Linen tablecloths, skirts, and napkins (color of your choice)

  • Water Goblets AND Champagne flutes

  • Silverware

  • Dinner and dessert plates

  • Chafing dishes

  • Waitstaff

  • Bartender along with unlimited ice, cups, and supplies

  • Food warmer

  • Draped Backdrop

Complete PLUS Hall-Only

This package comes with the hall which is fully set-up and broken down for you as well as:

  • Linen tablecloths, skirts, and napkins (color of your choice)

  • Water Goblets AND Champagne flutes

  • Silverware

  • Dinner and dessert plates

  • Chafing dishes

  • Waitstaff

  • Bartender along with unlimited ice, cups, and supplies

  • Food warmer

  • Draped backdrop

  • Chair covers and sashes

  • Uplighting
