CATERED PACKAGES

Occasions can cater any event, NOT just weddings. Although you can cater your own event, you have the option to let us do it for you. We specialize in Southern and Carribean style cuisine and have an eclectic menu. We have several packages that can meet your needs and each are priced per person. Prices vary with every package, so descriptions are general. Basic Full Service

This package has a variety of combinations and will include hall rental plus up to 4 appetizers, 3 entrees, 2 sides, 2 vegetables, and 1 dessert or wedding cake.

All variations of this package will also include soda & juice, linen tablecloths, linen napkins, silverware, glassware, dinner and cake plates, food table set-up, silk floral or candle centerpieces, waitstaff, and full set-up plus break down of the rental space.

Packages can be upgraded to include:

  • Open Bar (top shelf or premium) with bartender, ice, and supplies

  • Additional cocktail selections

  • Chair covers and Sashes

  • Double-layered backdrop

  • Uplighting

  • Tiered cakes

  • Balloon decor

  • Throne Chairs

  • And Much More

Deluxe Full Service

This package includes hall rental plus 4 appetizers, 3 entrees, 2 sides, 2 vegetables, 1 dessert or wedding cake, full set-up and cleaning of the venue, as well as waitstaff and food table set-up.

This package also includes:

  • Open bar with bartender, ice, and bar supplies

  • Linen tablecloths and napkins

  • Linen skirts for your food and/or head tables

  • Silk floral or candle centerpieces

  • Tableware (champagne and water glasses, silverware, dinner and dessert plates)

  •  DJ with MC

  • Throne chair

  • Chair covers and sashes

  • Uplighting

  • Frozen drink machine with 2 flavors

  • Chapel Room for Ceremony (excluding Saturdays) or changeover in reception room

  • Free coat check (November-March)

This package includes hall rental plus 2 entrees, 2 sides, 1 vegetable, 1 desert, juice and soda, full set-up and cleaning of the venue, as well as waitstaff and food table set-up.

This package also includes:​

  • Linen tablecloths and napkins

  • Linen skirts for your food and/or head tables

  • Silk floral or candle centerpieces

  • Tableware (champagne and water glasses, silverware, dinner and dessert plates)

  •  Free coat check (November-March)

All parties rent for a 5-hour party times, except for repasts which are 4-hour party times. Prices for catered events are per person. If you would like to rent specific items from us or add items to your packages, we do also provide that option. $300 holds the date for any event.
